As a Purex Insider I received a bottle of their Purex Complete with Zout to review.  I have to tell you, I’ve never liked Purex, not even a little bit.  I’ve always been an All/Tide girl, and I thought Purex was cheap detergent that would work like, well, cheap detergent.

While that may have been true in the past, I have to say I think they have done a great job totally overhauling their product.

Purex Complete with Zout is a detergent and pretreater, all in one! One of the best things about this product is that it can be used in both standard and HE machines, which means it’s not only economical, but convenient!

The ultimate test of a detergent though is…does it work??  I have this white camisole that I dropped ketchup on - about a dime-sized dot, right in the middle of the front of it.  I tried everything, even diluted bleach directly applied to it, before I tried the Purex.  Nothing got it out.  It got better, but not clean.  So the next time I had to wash whites, I pretreated with Purex Complete with Zout, along with pretreating my son’s white baseball pants (which were caked in red clay!!)  I just got the pants and the cami out of the wash, and the stains are MUCH lighter, but still not gone.  I’m running them through one more time with more pretreating.  I think it’ll come out this time.

The reason Purex with Zout works is that it has triple enzyme power.
