30 Day Giving Challenge Day 4 is Complete!

in 30 Day Giving Challenge

Yes, I know these are out of order.  I just got wrapped up in everything happening this week and couldn’t get them posted in the right order.  But they got done and with PIZAZZ! :)

Tonight I did something I really love — taught my 4th grade Girls in Action class.  They are so excited to share the love of God with our community.  We’re going to be starting a First Petz pet sitting service for our church - with donations to go to the food pantry.  The girls can’t wait!

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets. - Matthew 7:12

Readers, I’d love it if you felt moved by God to join the 30-Day Giving Challenge. It doesn’t have to be anything big that you give — it can be time, effort, just talking to someone - it’s going that extra effort to do something for someone else. If you’d like to make a charitable donation, and you’d like our readers to consider your charity, just leave your info in the comment. If you want to follow along on Kingdom First Mom, you can find the challenge here. I’d love for you to come along on this amazing journey to make difference in the name of Christ. Just give something from yourself that God leads you to do for the next 30 days, and document it here. It’s important that you keep yourself accountable, and commenting here daily will keep you on the right track.

Elizabeth,
I love this and am so excited about what you are doing! Thanks for sharing this and inspiring our young little sisters to discover the joy of giving! This makes me smile!

Our family is working to continue building water wells in Africa. The well we did this summer was so deep that it requires an expensive windmill pump to pull the water from the almost 600 foot depth. We are doing fundraisers and collecting change and doing craft shows so that this precious village in Central Tanzania can have clean fresh water for the first time ever once the windmill pump is installed! We would love for you guys to join us in this! More info is on the website!

Blessings!
Lisa
